Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to dispatch and up to three weeks for pre-order items to ship.

Please note that the shipping time frames mentioned below are estimates and not guaranteed, as delivery can be influenced by weather conditions and mail volume. During peak seasons, including major holidays, you might encounter delays with standard shipping carriers like the USPS. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

We do not ship to addresses that include PO Boxes with our express shipping options at this time.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

For international orders (outside China), please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. Soonen Bloom is unable to cover or reimburse these additional costs. As import duties and taxes differ from one country to another, we suggest reaching out to your local customs office for more detailed information before placing your order.

Additionally, if a package is returned to Soonen Bloom due to unpaid duty fees, a refund will be issued minus the outbound shipping fees and any duty fees charged on the package, or the package can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

 

WRONG ADDRESS ENTERED

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If a wrong address is entered, please contact our customer service ASAP via the email. If your order has already been shipped prior to receiving the correct address, unfortunately, we are not responsible for retrieving the package or issuing any refund.
