Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return on full-priced items or items purchased with the newsletter promotion. Please see below our return conditions and exceptions.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • We do not accept returns for items purchased on sale or with a promotional/discount code (excluding the newsletter promotion)
  • We do not accept returns for personalized or customized items (such as engravings, custom orders, etc.)
  • We do not accept returns for solid gold rings as they are made-to-order. Please ensure to select the correct size when purchasing our solid gold rings.
  • We do not accept returns for sample sales/limited-edition items
  • Due to health and safety reasons, all earrings are final sale
  • Damaged items due to improper care/mishandling/packaging prior to transit will not be accepted
  • Items displayed as "not eligible for return" on their product pages are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Returns will be shipped at the buyer's expense (we highly recommend getting tracked shipping as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost/stolen in transit)
  • Items shipped after the indicated return window will not be accepted
  • We have the right to reject unauthorized returns or returns that don't meet our conditions

To start a return, please click the button below. Once a return request is submitted, please allow 1-3 business days for it to be reviewed. Once your return is approved, we will send a return approval email along with the return addres and how to return the item. The return approval email will include the sole authorized return address to our studio in CHINA. Please note that returns sent to any other address will not be accepted.
