GENERAL

Soonen Bloom is a Indonesia company currently operating in culture-rich China.

Our use of materials is very diverse, ranging from zinc, metal, resin, and others.
Due to our growing international customer base, all products are displayed in USD. You are able to view the products in your country's currency with our currency converter.

Shipping

We use major carriers and local courier partners to provide affordable and efficient shipping options. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Shipping cost depends on the shipping carrier used and the shipping destination. Please visit shipping policy for pricing and delivery times.

Yes, we do! We currently offer international shipping to major countries via major carriers and local couriers.
Yes, tracking is available for all shipping services including standard shipping.
Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to ship.
For orders outside of CHINA, there may be import duties incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that we do not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery. If you refuse a shipment from Soonen Bloom, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the goods. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
If you submitted an order with a wrong shipping address, please contact us via Email as soon as possible. We are not responsible for reimbursing the contents of the package once the order is dispatched.
If your order is not processed by the estimated shipping date, our Customer Happiness team will contact you with an update within 24-48 hours (keep an eye on your inbox!).

Returns & Exchanges

The customer is responsible for any postage fees charged to the return/exchange of the item(s) as well as the outgoing shipping cost. International orders may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
We hope that you love your Soonen Bloom purchases, however if you are not entirely happy, we will happily offer a refund minus the outgoing shipping cost within 14 days of delivery with exceptions (some items are not eligible for return). Please visit our return policy for full clause. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you wish to cancel an order, please email uswithin 1 hours of placing the order. We cannot cancel orders once we process them.
At this time we are not accepting exchanges. To exchange to a different size or colour, please return your item. Once we issue your refund, you may repurchase the item in the correct size.
We pride ourselves in our quality and ensure items are shipped without damages. However, if you believe you received a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to receive a full refund.
Please note your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email!
